Our regulators recorded, ‘People and their relatives were enthusiastic about all aspects of the home and how this positively impacted on their well-being. The home is managed by a professional, experienced and enthusiastic manager who has instigated a culture whereby people are placed at the heart of the service. Each person’s care and support is closely monitored and care workers have positive, professional relationships with people.’ Many families and residents have had very positive experiences working together with us.
