Thank you for taking the time to review Warren Farm Lodge. We are sorry that you have concerns regarding the care that your sister received and we have responded to you regarding these. We were no longer able to meet your sister’s care needs and felt these would be better managed within a nursing setting. We have put steps in place to improve communication internally and with families. Our resident’s care and wellbeing are always our priority.
