We do a full dependency analysis for each resident which is used to plan staff deployment accordingly to make sure care is safe and appropriate for each resident’s needs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are sorry to hear that you did not get through to the manager, however when you were calling this was out of the home managers' hours of work. We can only apologise that the food offering did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
