At this difficult time activities both within the home and outside have been restricted, however, the team are very proactive in providing the activities, they can, while ensuring social distancing to keep residents safe.  <br><br>As a charity, we are always willing to listen and take on board constructive feedback in order to consistently review the services we provide.  Our charges ensure we bring in sufficient income to cover our running costs. These are compared to the charges made by other similar homes in the area.  We don’t have shareholders, so all of our charges, donated income and any surplus is invested into the services we provide.  Following guidance from The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) we have adopted a formula for calculating our fee increases, going forward, which we believe gives greater transparency in our budgeting process.
