The current Manager has been in post since April 2019. Since then, all staff (both new and existing) have undertaken and repeated all the required training modules and through our continuous recruitment process, the use of agency staff has significantly reduced. Although we are unable to comment on all of your concerns here, we welcome an opportunity to discuss these further with you.
