Thank you for your time to review Moorland House, facilities and the staff; this is very much appreciated and I know that the staff will feel valued that their work and commitment has been recognised.  It is imperative that we promote each and every resident's preferences and facilitate their routines so that they still feel in control of their choices.  We recognise how important families are in decision making and aware that their support can help residents to settle into their new surroundings as well as being an advocate for them; this is welcomed.  It has been a difficult time during the COVID-19 period for everyone, including families, but we will continue to support and find alternatives to solutions so that you can still maintain contact.
