Good afternoon Ann. Thank you for taking the time to write and post this 5/5 Star review of your experience with our Care Team and Care Home at Dove Tree House in Exeter. It's really good to read that your mum is feeling better and, 'back to her old happy self'. Thank you for the thank you for closing the home early - we've had to make a number of difficult decisions during this period but all have been with the intention of protecting as best we can everybody entrusted to our care, care team and residents alike. The company has done what it can with regards to policy etc BUT the massive accomplishment has been with our individual care team members whose dedication, sacrifice and willingness to go the extra mile in order to support the residents in their care has been exceptional.
