Dear Barbara D, as per our correspondence by letter, within our meeting and our recent conversation too, we can only reiterate our sincerest apology.<br><br>We have looked into the issue a few times, and clearly a mistake was made by a member of staff, but under no instructions of management. During this time of Covid, the bag of clothes were accidentally disposed of whilst the other 2 boxes were given to you, and unfortunately, there is not much we can add to this.<br><br>Thank you for your praise of our care staff, cleaners and kitchen staff. Your sister will be missed at the home.
