We are very disappointed with this review. CQC had no concerns with how Marmora Care Home dealt with this situation, neither did any of the many medical professionals that were involved. <br>In truth, they were all supportive and in agreement of what the home had implemented. Marmora Care home is an award-winning home, very reputable and prides itself in its innovative and person-centered approaches to support individuals living with Dementia. <br>We empathise with families and understand the difficulties around having a loved one in a care home. It is very difficult seeing a family member or loved one living with Dementia and we try to work with families and build positive and trusting relationships with everyone involved. We have never received a complaint or bad review regarding how we support our residents, however in this instance, it was unfortunate that this family were unable to work with us.<br>We wish them all the best for the future.
