We are sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your stay at The Granby. We are, at this present time, bound by government guidance on isolation and quarantining and although this is very challenging for all concerned, we must adhere to the guidance in order to keep our residents, team and members of the public safe and well.
We aim to provide for the needs of our residents as much as possible and so we apologise that this wasn’t the case for you.
