Thank you very much for all the valuable support you have given to your Dad and our team over the last few years.  We are very fortunate to have a relative as understanding and able to work with the team as yourself.  The pandemic has been an unprecedented experience for all of us and our team were always confident in giving care to Dad, partially because it has been made easier for us by your continued support.  You have always been flexible and understanding and were always willing to put your own personal interest behind your Dad’s and all of our other residents when in-house visits became impossible.  Your positive and understanding outlooks are much appreciated and we would like to genuinely thank you from the whole team.
