We always do our utmost to make all of our residents happy and respond to everyone's needs and wishes individually. Our chefs do spend a lot of time with Mum regarding her food choices and our activities team try hard to engage Mum in either 1:1 or group sessions. We have also offered several room choices since her time with us and she has chosen to stay in her current room. However, if you would like to discuss any of these further, we are always happy to help and improve our service and help in any way we can.
