I  will feedback your experiences to improve our service and thank you for your kind words for the staff and positive feedback for the facilities and activities provided. Your Dad's respite care stay was short and we tried to get him settled in his new environment and meet his personal care needs which proved quite difficult at times as anticipated due to his advanced cognitive impairment. We involved other health care professionals to assist to manage the challenges we faced with your Dad`s personal hygiene. You have highlighted about your Dad`s personal hygiene care standards and I apologise if we have fallen short of the high standards we aspire to.
