As part of the wider health & social care sector during the Covid-19 period, we have experienced significant obstacles that have not allowed us to continue to operate in a way that we would desire. Communicating and connecting our residents with their families were elements that we focused during the lockdown period and this was supported with Video-calls and telephone calls when this was possible for a resident and while the capacity of the home allowed us. The safety of all our residents has always been our primary objective thus every decision for admission into our Home has been formed and assessed individually. Please accept our apology for anything that you feel we should have done better.
