I would really like to discuss with you further if there was an occasion when you felt our team were less than sensitive or confidential in communicating with you, we work very hard to ensure we communicate with our residents and families in the best way possible at all times and I will address robustly any evidence that is not happening. Our activities team aim to provide a varied and fulfilling activities programme to support the lifestyle of residents with all care needs in the home, and we are very happy to take on board any suggestions you have to improve this. Our activities are person-centred, so we are happy to review those provided for your husband should you wish us to. The newsletter is for the whole home. Sadly we cannot feature Memory Lane residents in there as the GDPR laws preventing us from doing so. Please do let me know when you would like to discuss your comments further.
