As a home that cares passionately about the health and well-being of our residents and is COVID free, we are sorry that you are not satisfied with the visiting arrangement we have in place -  however, we are following the advice from the East Riding of Yorkshire Council and I quote: "It is always difficult when the wishes and views of an individual are at odds with what is required by the law, the regulator and the local commissioners, as is the case here. Visiting in any care home remains challenging but I can confidently say that the measures in place to protect residents in this home, and ensure family contact is maintained as effectively as we can, are completely supported by the Local Authority."
