It was very unfortunate your dad’s experience at Kingfisher was at the beginning of lockdown due to the ongoing pandemic - which meant as a family you were unable to visit and experience the care given by staff, see his room and experience the food and hospitality on offer. The team were really fond of Dad and enjoyed talking to him about his hobbies and as discussed with you previously, they shared your disappointment that he wasn’t feeling up to celebrating his birthday, with everything we all had planned.
