All concerns are taken seriously and this has been investigated through Roseberry Care Centres Complaints Procedure and the response sent to the daughter of the resident in writing. In respect to the visiting, unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all visiting restrictions have been strictly followed as per Government and Public Health England regulations. The home has also been guided by Sunderland County Council and Roseberry Care Centres continuous risk assessment to minimise potential infection to both our residents and staff. Visiting has therefore been restricted to one nominated individual entering the home by appointment only, the success of this has been evidenced as the home has remained COVID 19 free from the commencement of the pandemic to date. I can only apologise if this caused you and your family distress but the safety of all our residents and staff must be kept a priority.
