We would always urge anyone to read our CQC report, but we would also ask them to come and see us, chat to us and offer us the opportunity to show them how we are responding to the report and making positive changes. I am confident that if they do, then they will see something much more positive than is being portrayed here. <br>Our residents are offered very person-centred care and are never made to get up or retire at times that do not suit them and our staffing levels are set according to our residents' needs. <br>Sadly, there are occasions where families are not supportive of decisions that we must make and during these unprecedented times, we understand that some of the guidance in place and decisions made are not popular ones. This means that we must stand firm and challenge people, in order to protect the safety and well-being of our residents and our staff, something that is, and will continue to be, extremely important to us.
