We are sorry to read this description of care delivered at Elmwood. We believe that it is both inaccurate and unfair. <br>Elmwood Nursing Home staff always work very hard to provide the very best care for our residents and we work well together as a team. We also ensure that we seek to build constructive and positive relationships with the families and friends of our residents. We believe that we did so in this case, and we are grateful that other reviews clearly reflect the quality of care we provide. <br>For the avoidance of doubt, it is also important to clarify that there are no safeguarding investigations with regard to the care delivered at Elmwood for this resident.
