Thank you very much for your feedback.  Throughout the pandemic staff have tried hard to ensure that residents and their families feel supported and are given every opportunity to maintain regular contact through phone calls, Skype calls and garden visits when permitted. The staff understands how difficult it is for our residents and their families to be apart especially on occasions such as birthdays. We try our best to make our residents feel special on their birthday with music, dancing, cake and a hearty rendition of Happy Birthday! We are working towards facilitating future visiting in line with Local and Government guidelines. Once further guidance is received, an update will be supplied to families.
