We are extremely disappointed that visitations are still not possible in this climate, but we understand that this is for the safety of our residents. This decision hasn’t been made by Coniston House but the local authority, and we hope you can appreciate, although difficult, we need to adhere to their guidelines. Coniston House offers opportunities to be in contact with loved ones via phone calls, video calls, and whenever possible window visits. We do have a room ready to welcome visitors when we are permitted to do so. Management is also working on acquiring a screened-off unit as a long-term investment for the home. Kindest Regards.
