Hi Catherine, thank you for the review. We take pride in the quality of care we provide and appreciate your feedback. We recognise it's a difficult time for all of us. We try our best to ensure everyone can have easy access to communicating with the relatives while keeping everyone safe and ensuring we provide the highest standards of care. To help protect everyone from the virus we had to introduce some changes meaning staff are now busier and sometimes it's harder to get through to us. We know how important it is to keep in contact with your relatives and we do apologise for this. We do a monthly newsletter and do Facebook live streams, feel free to follow our Facebook group. We are currently preparing the lounge to support visiting in winter once we are able to allow visits. We are continuously monitoring the situation at the care home and looking into ways we could improve and feedback like yours is extremely useful. Thank you again.
