We work very hard to ensure all our residents receive the highest level of care and all feedback is greatly appreciated and helps us continually monitor how our service and care delivery is viewed by those who use the service. Your mum's 100th birthday was a wonderful occasion and enjoyed by all - it was a pleasure to see.<br>With regards to the issue with the room, I appreciate your understanding in this matter.  Maintaining a Grade II Listed building that is 200yr old is almost a full-time job in itself, and we have a rolling program of decorating and improvement running all the time.  We also work very hard at addressing any urgent maintenance matters in a manner that causes the least amount of disruption to our residents.
