Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your stay with Tandridge Heights did not meet all your expectations. I can assure you a full phone system has now been installed throughout the home and any maintenance issues have been rectified, however, I am sorry this was not done ahead of your stay. We do realise that having to isolate can be frustrating but we hope you understand we are following closely government guidance and doing all we can to protect all our residents and staff during this time.
