Thank you for your kind review.  As you say this is a very difficult time so we are pleased that we have a Visitors Suite. Visits can now take place and we know how much your mother enjoys seeing you all. The calls on Skype have been helpful but I am sure you all enjoy the visits more. It is very good to hear from you.
