Thank you very much for your kind words, which we will share with the team.  It's so tricky with the visiting restrictions at the moment, but we feel passionately that visits should continue, even if behind a screen.  Hopefully, soon, we'll have the rapid tests and/or vaccine that will make visits with hugs (and no screens!) possible.  We'll keep you posted in the usual way.
