Hi Kelly<br>Thank you for your lovely words. I can assure you that I have a very good team who are very caring and always go the extra mile for our service users and their family. My maintenance man, catering staff, domestic staff, care staff, including myself, enjoy looking after our service users in person-centred care. All of us are involved in care and activities. It is our passion to care for our service users in a person-centred way to make them feel at home. We do not think we look after 'clients', but our family members. We have fun, joke, chat and play different things. We dance, sing and exercise with music and play different board games as we do with our family members. I hope we will always continue these.
