Thank you for your kind message. It is always a difficult time for people when they move into a care home, so we try to do our very best to make them feel part of the family immediately. We have spent time getting to know your dad and he has settled well here at Middleton Park Lodge and is very much part of our family here. It is our pleasure to be able to look after him.
