As you will appreciate, these are very difficult and challenging times for our residents, staff and our families, and we are trying to ensure that we have everything we can in place to enable our residents to keep in touch with families. Unfortunately, we are unable to control the weather, but we have now changed our appointment booking system so that only the administration manager and the home manager are taking and recording the appointments; hopefully, this will stop any duplication or double booking of time slots.
