This has been received with heartfelt appreciation.  Caring for our residents is both an honour and a privilege, as families place their trust in us to ensure their loved ones are as important to us as they are to them. We pride ourselves that we care for our residents as if they were our own extended family. It is also important that families have supported the staff too by appreciating this difficult time and understanding the way we have needed to and continue to keep everyone safe from this pandemic.
