It was lovely to see you spending time with your Mum on her birthday and we are pleased that you are able to see her on the regular basis as part of the Essential Family Carer for her. It has been a very difficult year for all of us and even more so for you and your family when your Father passed away in April. Your Father was a lovely gentleman and it was a pleasure getting to know him and most of all we’ve felt such a privilege to have been able to care for him.
