Please be assured that during the challenges of the pandemic, our resources are focused on our residents’ wellbeing and they are receiving their usual dignified care every day. We are providing information and updates to relatives as quickly and regularly as possible. When booking a GP visit, we are reliant on the GP’s schedule and we are grateful for your assistance in arranging a GP check-up as a result of our conversations with you. We are following government guidance on visits to the home to keep everyone safe. As in-person visits are not possible at the moment, we have offered to facilitate a virtual video visit for you and your loved one, and that offer remains open to you. Please contact the home’s manager if you would like us to facilitate that for you
