Thank you for your review. We take all concerns and comments received extremely seriously as the health and wellbeing of residents is our absolute priority. The issues you have raised over the past few months have, as you are aware, been the focus of both an internal and external inspection review which both provided positive feedback when looking at the care and support provided by our team at Bridge House.

With regards to the kitchen staff arrangements, I am sure you will appreciate that whilst we were waiting to appoint a new full-time chef, we were doing our utmost to ensure that we continued to provide freshly prepared and nutritious food to everyone living in the home, particularly over the festive period. Our new chef has now started work.

I would be happy to meet with you at a convenient time to further discuss these and any other concerns you may have and I do hope that you will reconsider my request, as I believe this to be in the best interests of everyone concerned.
