Thankyou for taking the time out to complete a review Les, it is much appreciated as it certainly helps other families when considering a care home placement.<br>It was a pleasure to care for your mother, and I will miss sharing the East Kent Mercury local newspaper with her which had become a weekly ritual! <br>Your mother had a very caring and supportive family network, local and the relatives from Yorkshire who would travel down at regular intervals.<br>Please do keep in touch, it seems we have known each other for a long time now especially from when your aunt was also in the home some years ago.<br><br>Times have been difficult for all care homes lately, as a team it makes us sad that most visits were distanced, virtual and over the phone, however, relieved that her passing was of natural causes and peaceful, and not due to the effects of this dreaded Covid virus which has affected too many of our elderly generation in the UK to date.<br><br>Thank you again, take care and stay safe.
