We are sorry that your experience of the service has not met your expectations.<br>To ensure that we keep our residents and staff safe we have taken steps to reduce footfall into Royal Court. We appreciate that the restrictions on visiting are frustrating, they are, however, a vital part of our infection control strategy. <br>Following a recent visit by CQC, in her feedback, the Inspector said that the home was clean, staff were wearing PPE in line with government guidance, feedback from relatives was very positive and that staff support people to keep in touch with family and friends through video and phone calls and closed window visits and via social media.<br>The team continue to work tirelessly to ensure our residents and their families are fully supported at this time. We look forward to the time when it will be safe to remove current visiting restrictions.
