Fairby Grange welcomes all feedback as it allows us to gain an insight to relative’s views. <br>Fairby Grange provides care for both Residential and early onset Dementia providing a wonderful setting for residents to feel safe and supported during their time with us. <br>To support the care we offer, all staff, including Management, receive thorough training in how to best support residents suffering from Dementia as every resident is unique and has different needs. <br>We have a dedicated activities coordinator who encourages and supports residents to enjoy their time with us and provide opportunities for all residents to engage and participate in everything we do but understand and respect that some may wish to spend time in their rooms. After all, we want our residents to treat Fairby Grange as their own home, feeling relaxed and safe.
