We are pleased to hear that your Mum is doing well in the last 5 months since moving to her new home. Brentwood Care Centre has been very busy with the new leadership team in place, it is a shame you didn't meet them but we understand management changes can be unsettling. There have been so many exciting changes; the whole home team have completed certificates in Dementia Care, the home has refurbished communal parts of the Dementia environment with further plans in place and is working with the Head of Dementia Care and Development to make further positive changes alongside the implementation of the Dementia Strategy. The investment in Brentwood Care Centre is evident not just from the commitment of the management team and the amazing staff team within the home, but also from the local county awards, the national care awards nominations and the CQC report published after only 5 months of the new manager being in post.
