I am very disappointed to read its contents, I can see how dissatisfied you were with the lack of compassion/understanding you received from management at such a difficult time. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself as the new manager here. I am aware this does not address the issues you have stated but I do wish to assure you I will always respond should a relative wish to come and talk to me, always responding to any queries, concerns, any relative would wish to raise, so an appropriate acceptable resolution is reached for all parties, primarily the person in our care. It is important we always engage in open, respectful dialogue to address any issues relevant to any resident in our care.
