Woodland is like a big family and we like to promote as much independence as possible and for them to make their own choices. Thank you for your kind words and we appreciate this,  as times are harder than ever and I think it's important that the staff feel appreciated. Just to see smiles on the residents' faces when they are still able to see their families, although only through the windows or video calls, is priceless.
