Dear Melvin, thank you so much for taking the time to write an honest review of your experience of Gavin Astor House.  As you are aware we are currently in the process of a major renovation in Gavin Astor House.  It is our plan that once the refurbishment is complete, we are looking at further enhancing Apetito, by hopefully employing our own chef.
