It is lovely to hear that your experience with team members was positive.<br>Regarding hearing aids, I recall numerous occasions where we would find them under the bed and even on one occasion a plant pot.<br>Dad had various places that he would put them that we did get to know with time. We do have an improved procedure in place now to better support our residents with their hearing aids.<br>It was a real pleasure supporting and knowing your dad: he was a real character.
