I am so sorry your experience was not acceptable, however, our aim is to provide the best possible care to those we support and its something I/we take very seriously. I am new at The Amwell and can only agree there were failings in the home, however, we are now progressing and working in partnership with CQC and Local Authorities who have been reassured by the improvements in the last four weeks.
