Your friend is very lucky to have such caring, dedicated and loyal friends. Over the many years, you have been meticulous and kind in your approach to your friend's changing care needs and the way in which you have communicated with our team here, enabling us to provide the best care possible whilst always safe in the knowledge that there are more kind and dedicated people interested in her wellbeing and friendship.<br><br>We are looking forward to lockdown measures being eased and you being able to visit again, hopefully using our beautiful gardens, as soon as we can, as I am sure she will be delighted to see you as well as your miniature dachshund.<br><br>In the meantime, please know that you can always come to us with any questions, comments or suggestions you may have to make our care even better. <br><br>We wish you and your wife the best and remain hopeful to see you soon.
