It is very disappointing to read this review.<br>It is concerning that given the level of complaint and concern that no issues were raised with the home or governing bodies at any time.<br>The service users stay was fairly short and in the midst of a pandemic, visiting internally was not permitted and we do understand that the reviewer found it very difficult to comply with this, meaning staff had to address her presence in the building with her on more than one occasion. This may go some way to explaining her unhappiness with staff.<br>The care staff show care and compassion and I will support them as a care group fully.<br>In October the home had a CQC inspection which confirmed that our facilities are clean, safe, our rating with CQC is Good in care safety, effectiveness and well-lead.<br>We would be happy to discuss this review with the reviewer personally, we extend again our sympathies to the reviewer.
