We are sorry to hear that the family above was disappointed for not receiving a condolence message from the home manager.  At the time of their father's passing, the Manager was out of the country on annual leave, the deputy called the family and offered condolences to the family as soon as the home was informed of their father's passing by the hospital staffs. We appreciate that the family was happy with the care given to their father in the 2 years he was a resident in the home and we hope that the end feelings will not take away the good relationship the family shared with staffs in the home. <br>We wish the family well and we are grateful to them for giving us an opportunity to care for their Dad who was very happy under our care.
