Thank you for your feedback.  We are sorry that the closure due to covid was longer than we anticipated.  We also understand how frustrating it is not to see your mum or her room but due to national restrictions, that part of the building was not accessible without going through busy areas.  The restrictions have now been eased and I understand that you have been to see your mum’s room.
