It is disappointing to hear that you feel this way towards our home. I would like to reassure you that I have shared the concerns raised with the staff team, who have investigated further with the resident in question; he has expressed that his feelings towards the care he has received are quite the opposite and the fact that he would like to stay at St Giles where he feels safe.
