I have never known anyone to come into a home for the first time and settle so quickly. Her coat was taken off and she was straight down to introduce herself to the other service users before I even had the chance to. Pulled up a chair, chatted away, it was like she had been here a good while. I am so glad that someone like your mum has settled so quickly as everyone thought she would be demanding to go home, this hasn't happened once.
