Dear T W, we were saddened to read the comments in your review for Cedar Falls. We feel the need to respectfully respond. We are conscious that due to Covid 19 you have not visited the home in more than a year, so we were somewhat surprised to receive your review regarding observed mealtimes. We understand that this has been a distressing time for you being such a regular visitor prior to the pandemic. We have done all we can to ensure people stay connected, but of course, nothing is the same as coming into the home and being together. I understand that the regional manager has been in touch with you to discuss any concerns you have and we look forward to welcoming you back as soon as possible.
